Fully furnished just feet from the water. This short term rental can be leased for 3 – 6 months (shorter possible but price would be higher). Property was fully updated approx 5 years ago by current owner and has nice finishes and includes most all the utilities for extremely affordable rent (even includes WiFi) and unlike most water front homes in this area it’s right on a paved road and 5 min into Hospital, shopping and restaurants. (You don’t need to be 5 miles down a dirt road and this is available right away). Also pet friendly so don’t wait.

Video just taken Oct 30th and so have couple options for low deposit and monthly charge or full deposit and no monthly charge for deposit
