The undersigned applicant(s) hereby apply to lease or rent your property. We warrant the accuracy of the information provided. Applicant(s) hereby authorize a check(s) of his or her criminal background, references, employment, and credit including the use of a credit reporting service now or for future collection's verification as deemed appropriate by the Landlord or Agent.
There is no fee or charge for filling out this application but if accepted by Landlord/Agent and applicant decides to lease unit then there will be a $35 fee due for each applicant. You have the right to obtain a 12-month history of energy consumption and the cost of that consumption from the energy supplier. Utilities for residential properties we represent come from providers as follows: Versant Power or Central Maine Power for electricity; Bangor Natural Gas for natural gas when available; Bangor Water District, Brewer Water Dept, Orono/Veazie Water District, Old Town Water or Hampden Water for water; Bangor Sewer Dept, Brewer Sewer Dept, Orono/Veazie Sewer, Old Town Sewer or Hampden Sewer for sewer. If heating cost is tenant's responsibility, tenants may choose any oil and propane supplier tenant chooses, although some owners pay for all maintenance on heating system when specific oil or propane supplier is used.
Undersigned also understands that the amount put down to hold the rental, typically equal to 1st month's rent, is *non-refundable* and held as damages if lease is not signed by applicant.
